Whether it’s your first session or you’re looking to improve your performance in elite sport we’ll provide a personal training plan to help you reach your goals. We also have experience working with children and have certified kids personal trainers.

You don’t need any experience to take advantage of our personal training. While we do train elite athletes we also train plenty of people looking to get their lives under control. We find that this mixture allows us to deliver techniques that work for all sorts and we take some of the things we’ve learned at an elite level to help improve the performance and fitness of beginners.

There are so many benefits of personal training but we try to let our results do the talking. Taking control of your life through fitness and health can have positive effects in ways you never expected. There’s the obvious physical benefits such as increased bone density, drop in body fat, increase in muscle size and strength, decreased resting heart rate, and decreased blood pressure. The effect we’re most proud of is the improvement in mental health and self-worth we see in our customers. It’s amazing what exercise can do in improving your whole well-being.

What our Personal Training Involves

Our sessions don’t start when you get there and they don’t end when you leave. We are in contact as soon as you book to find out where you want to meet and what you are looking to achieve. The full consultation begins when you meet your trainer. We set goals, do some baseline fitness tests and schedule a program for you. This creates a benchmark which we look to improve from. We also provide all our clients with a diet plan and an exercise program to help you keep on track when you’re not accompanied by a trainer. Because of the in-depth consultation we always recommend booking the first session for an hour.

When you book in a session with us you are taking the first step to a new you and a new life. We care about you and your health and we’re going to there every step of the way to help you smash your goals and take control.

Pricing & Details

Book with us is simple, you just choose the date and time and then choose between weekly, fortnightly, and one-off sessions. We recommend an hour at least for the first session because there are a lot of things to get through in terms of goal setting and baseline fitness testing. We are a mobile service and so you can choose to have your session anywhere that’s convenient for you, whether it’s your backyard, your favourite park, or the beach. When you book you will be sent forms that need to be filled out before we can work with you, Keep in mind that you don’t have to pay your trainer until your session.

Our personal training services are simple and easy to book. We don’t stop when you’re finished in your session, we also provide a diet plan and training schedule for you to work to when you’re not with us.
